ANSWER: THERE are several. Try Smart Flyer (800/626-4449 or 212/268-9088) or Travel Royale Internationale (212/268-5595). But even after reducing the price by half, they charge far more for the trip than an economy ticket would cost, which doesn’t make them our own favorites. Are a few hours in a more spacious seat worth hundreds of dollars more? We’d rather spend the difference on more tangible benefits, or on more frequent trips.
