The annual Loop for Life ride kicks off from the Marion County Fairgrounds. Money raised will go to Saint Mary's Child Center & Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia.

Pre-registration for the ride is closed, but you can register beginning at 8:30 am Saturday morning at the Fairgrounds.

The ride itself takes off from the Fairgrounds at 11:30 am, and follows 465 all the way around and back to the fairgrounds. They'll decide Saturday which direction to travel.

Sections of 465 will be closed as the ride passes.
