MARTINSBURG, WV - Officials say a school employee in Berkeley County has been arrested for sexual solicitation of a minor.

Keith Kishbaugh was taken into custody at Eagle Intermediate School in Martinsburg, WV Friday.

Police say Kishbaugh had warrants out for his arrest in Louisa County, VA.

The arrest was as a result of an online undercover operation conducted by law enforcement personnel in Virginia. The West Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Unit also assisted with the investigation.

Investigators say Kishbaugh engaged in online sexual solicitation of a child he believed was 13-years-old, multiple times.

Kishbaugh was arrested without incident and was taken to Eastern Regional Jail.

Police are continuing to investigate if Kishbaugh has been involved in other similar unreported criminal activities.
