NBC Justice Correspondent Pete Williams will deliver the news live from the courthouse steps. MSNBC’s Chris Jansing will discuss the impact with Rachel Maddow. Former Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank, the first openly gay congressman, and Rep. Mark Takano, D-Calif., the first openly gay person of color in Congress, will give their reactions.
