A cyclist is sent to the hospital after driving into a ditch in Rapid City. Shortly after 8pm Wednesday evening, highway patrol assisted a man who left the roadway along Deadwood Avenue, north of Black Hills Harley-Davidson. Officers believe that speed was a factor in the crash, and an eye witness said the victim rolled several times after entering the ditch. The sole male rider of that vehicle was transported to Rapid City Regional Hospital.
