1. Trump Hits New High, Clinton Maintains Big Lead

2. Final Batch of Hillary Clinton's Emails Released
The State Department on Monday released the 14th and final batch of emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private server, bringing the total to more than 52,000 — including 2,100 that were censored or withheld completely for containing information now deemed classified. 3. SCOTUS Justice Breaks 10-Year Courtroom Silence
Justice Clarence Thomas broke his decade-long run of asking no questions during Supreme Court oral arguments on Monday in a case about gun rights. And he didn't just ask one but ten questions of a Justice Department lawyer who was defending a federal law that bans anyone who has a misdemeanor domestic violence conviction from owning a gun. 4. Erin Andrews: Stalker's Nude Videos 'Ripped Me Apart'
Occasionally sobbing, sportscaster Erin Andrews testified Monday about her frustration as nude videos of her propagated across the Internet despite her willingness to pay "whatever it took" to remove them. Andrews began testifying late in the day in Nashville, Tennessee, in her lawsuit against the man who stalked her and posted the videos and the management and owner of one of the hotels where he shot the video. 5. Vatican Cardinal: Pedophile Priest 'Wasn't of Much Interest'
There were audible gasps Tuesday when Vatican treasurer George Pell said a notorious Roman Catholic Church sex-abuse case "wasn't of much interest" to him. He insisted during testimony there was no reason for him to know the extent of the abuse carried out by his one-time roommate — pedophile priest Father Gerald Ridsdale — who was later convicted of 138 offences against more than 50 children. 6. TIME Contacts Secret Service Over Tussle at Trump Rally
TIME said it has expressed concern to the Secret Service following a violent confrontation between an agent and a photographer working for the publication at a Donald Trump rally. Videos circulated on social media show the photographer swearing at a Secret Service agent who apparently tried to prevent him from leaving the press pen. Read more in NEWS.
7. Texas Candidate's Office Shot in Apparent Racial Attack
Five people were taken into custody and questioned late Monday in connection with the apparent racially motivated shooting at the Texas campaign office of Zena Stephens, who is African American and seeking the Democratic nomination to run for the role of sheriff in Jefferson County.
