"I just wanted a change, I didn't want to cut it all off, but I had had it for 3 1/2 years, I had just gotten sick of it, it was in my eyes, I didn't want it in my face, I just wanted to change it up," Bieber explained. Bieber's regular stylist Vanessa did the deed on the set of his new video with Rascal Flatts.

If you're sad to see the hair go, there's hope: you can buy some of those blond locks. Bieber tweeted that he will auction off the chopped hair hair for charity.
