People are cramming more Netflix shows into their already TV-saturated lifestyles, according to a new report. Individually, Netflix subscribers are consuming 93.2 minutes of programming every day — roughly equal to 1.5 hours, one viewing of Jean-Claude Van Damme's "Bloodsport," back-to-back episodes of "Breaking Bad," or four episodes of "Scrubs." Netflix is now streaming 350 percent more video than it was in 2011, market research firm The Diffusion Group found.

While it's mostly Americans binging on Netflix, the company's business is growing briskly overseas, with international streaming increasing tenfold over the last three years. (Netflix, which already has expanded into Canada and the U.K., moved into France and Germany last week). Americans have not lost their love of live TV, however; according to Nielsen, they still watch around 5 hours every day. What are Americans not spending their free time doing? Reading, which only accounts for 19 minutes a day, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
